New Patient Information

What You Can Expect As A New Patient

A detailed Health Assessment Questionnaire is completed by every patient. A medical history and physical examination is performed along with a nutritional consultation. Any testing procedures that may be recommended are targeted for revealing the most important information for each patient's particular health concerns.

Dr. Sobo's training enables him to understand not only what appropriate tests may be needed for making medical diagnoses, but he may recommend tests designed to investigate the underlying causes of illness which are not seen in a standard medical exam. We strive to find out what nutritional deficiencies or toxic exposures may exist and affect your health.

Standard Medical Blood Tests

Blood tests are evaluated not only for standard medical diagnoses but for nutritional needs as well.

Toxic Metals Analysis

The undetected presence of mercury, aluminum, lead, and others can result --  if left untreated -- in serious medical problems. Select Urine Metals Test for more information.

Urinary Estrogen Analysis

The latest cancer risk Assessment and prevention research in this field shows us how to identify women at higher risk of breast and other cancers and take action to lower that risk. Select Estronex Test for more information.

Food Allergy Testing

Your reactions to foods can cause a wide range of symptoms. Reactions can occur up to three days after ingestion. Therefore, food allergy testing for "delayed hypersensitivities" is often needed to attain a true appreciation of the problem. Select Food Allergy Test for more information.

Amino Acid Testing

Amino acid supplementation is provided based on an individual's results to yield optimal benefits. Select Amino Acid Test for more information.

Hormone Testing

Hormone testing can be applied for female problems, such as menopause and menstrual difficulties. Hormone testing can be applied for assessing of sexual problems, for conducting an Anti-Aging evaluation for both sexes, and to initiate and monitor Natural Hormone Replacement therapy. Select Saliva Hormone Test for more information.

Gastrointestinal / Stool Analysis

Evaluation of digestive function and the presence of abnormal organisms

Yeast / Dysbiosis Test

A morning urine sample can show the presence of the metabolites of overgrowth of abnormal organisms in the colon. Select Yeast / Dysbiosis Test for more information.

Essential Fatty Acid Analysis

This test allows for ideal supplementation based on your body's exact needs. Select Fatty Acid Test for more information.

Non-invasive Tests

Non-invasive In-Office Testing

Autonomic Nervous System Testing
